What the museum label doesn't tell you
A work titled 'Dancers in Pink' exists at the Museo Thyssen-Bornemisza, but it was painted by Jean-Louis Forain, not Edgar Degas; a pastel by Degas also titled 'Dancers in Pink' is held at the Norton Simon Museum, though its dating to 1896 and its exact medium and dimensions could not be verified in reliable sources.
