Piero di Cosimo

Italian painter of the Florentine Renaissance, active between the fifteenth and sixteenth centuries. He is remembered for his mythological compositions and hunting scenes of a fantastical and narrative character, as well as for a personal style combining Flemish influences with an imagination unconventional within the Florentine context.
