Jean-François Raffaëlli

French painter of the late 19th and early 20th centuries, associated with Naturalism and close to the Impressionist circle. He depicted scenes of Parisian urban and suburban life, including workers and popular settings. He took part in Impressionist exhibitions despite maintaining a more descriptive style, less focused on light.
